Vimeo, Inc. is set to welcome Philip Moyer as its new CEO on April 8, 2024, with Moyer also joining the Board of Directors. Bringing extensive tech and financial industry experience from his previous leadership roles at Alphabet Inc., Amazon Web Services, and as CEO of financial technology companies, Moyer’s appointment is part of Vimeo’s strategic leadership transition. His compensation includes a $600,000 base salary, potential bonuses, stock options, and a sign-on bonus, alongside defined severance benefits, all aimed at steering the company towards future growth.
