Vicarious Surgical Inc. announced the appointment of Randy Clark as the President on January 29, 2024, with Adam Sachs stepping down from the role while continuing as CEO. Clark previously served as Global President at Flex Ltd. and held various positions at Olympus Corporation of the Americas over 15 years. His compensation includes a $500,000 base salary, the potential for a 50% bonus, and eligibility for a stock option grant, all formalized in an employment offer letter and an indemnification agreement similar to those for other executive officers. No family or transactional conflicts were disclosed related to Clark’s appointment.
