Vertex Minerals Ltd. has dispatched its prospectus for a non-renounceable rights issue aimed at raising $3,683,200 by offering new shares and options to eligible shareholders. The funds are intended for the refurbishment of a Gravity Gold Plant and the advancement of their Reward gold mine, with the closing date set for April 17, 2024. The offer includes three new shares for every five held at $0.08 each, along with free options, and is partially underwritten by CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd.
