Denny Shelton informed Ventas, Inc. of his decision not to seek re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting, retiring after 16 years without any company disagreements. Roxanne Martino, with the company since 2016, will succeed him as Lead Independent Director post-meeting. The company has publicly acknowledged Shelton’s contributions and welcomes Martino’s upcoming leadership role.
