Velo3D, Inc. has updated its agreement with Needham & Company, LLC, allowing for the sale of additional shares of common stock, increasing the potential sales from $40 million to $75 million. This amendment follows the original offering through Needham, where the company has already raised over $24.6 million. The sales are made under a previously filed and effective shelf registration statement and are detailed in a recent SEC filing, which also includes a legal opinion on the new share offering amount.
