Unite Group plc (GB:UTG) has released an update.
Unite Group plc has announced a final dividend for 2023 at 23.6 pence per share, with an optional enhanced scrip dividend alternative, increased by approximately 0.5% to roughly 23.7 pence. Shareholders have the opportunity to opt for this scrip dividend before the May 3, 2024 deadline, provided it receives approval at the AGM scheduled for May 16, 2024. The scrip dividend is pegged at a discounted reference share price of 920p, slightly above the company’s Net Tangible Assets as of year-end 2023.
