TransAlta Corp (TSE:TA) has released an update.
TransAlta Corporation has announced the commencement of its largest wind project, White Rock, in Oklahoma, expanding its US renewable energy capacity to 820 MW. The project, fully contracted to Amazon, will contribute to the tech giant’s commitment to 100% renewable energy. Additionally, the company has secured a 10-year agreement to sell the majority of the production tax credits from White Rock, enhancing its revenue streams from renewable sources.
