Trainline Plc (GB:TRN) has released an update.
Trainline Plc has announced the buyback of 68,811 of its own ordinary shares, with prices ranging between 345.60p and 350.20p per share, resulting in the cancellation of the purchased shares. Following the buyback, the total number of shares in issue now stands at 468,522,315. This buyback is a part of the share purchase program initiated in September 2023 and is in line with the authority from the company’s Annual General Meeting.
