TP ICAP Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 46,385 of its own shares to be held in treasury, with transactions conducted on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 206.5 to 210 pence per share. The buyback has altered the company’s share capital structure, now comprising 795,390,932 issued shares with 21,414,094 held in treasury and 773,976,838 shares representing total voting rights. This move falls under the UK’s financial regulations, which require detailed disclosure of such share buyback transactions.
