TKB Critical Technologies Faces Potential Nasdaq Delisting Warning

TKB Critical Technologies 1 Class A (USCT) has released an update to notify the public and investors about listing compliance status.

Pick the best stocks and maximize your portfolio:

Roth CH Acquisition Co. received a notice from Nasdaq for not holding an annual shareholders’ meeting within twelve months of the fiscal year-end 2022, thus violating Nasdaq Listing Rule 5620(a). The company’s listing status remains unaffected for now and it has until February 26, 2024, to submit a compliance plan. Nasdaq may grant an extension until June 28, 2024, to meet requirements, but the acceptance of the plan and the company’s ability to comply are uncertain. Failure to comply could lead to an appeal process and possible delisting.
