Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. has promoted Mark B. Davis to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary, with his new role taking effect on April 1, 2024. As part of his promotion, he will receive an annual base salary of $300,000, a target annual cash incentive of 50% of his salary, and equity awards valued at $200,000, reflecting his elevated position and responsibilities within the company.
