Ti Fluid Systems (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems has announced the repurchase of 250,000 of its Ordinary Shares on 22nd April 2024, signaling a move to reduce its shares in circulation and potentially increase the value for existing shareholders. The buy-back, part of an ongoing programme announced last October, saw shares purchased at a price range of 148.00 to 148.20 GBp. Post cancellation of these shares, the company’s total number of shares in issue will stand at 509,111,049.
