Tfi International Inc (TSE:TFII) has released an update.
TFI International Inc. has completed the acquisition of North America’s prominent flatbed and specialized transportation company, Daseke, Inc., for approximately US $1.1 billion, or US $8.30 per share in cash. The deal consists of various financial adjustments including stock redemptions and debt considerations. Additionally, TFI has secured a US $500 million term loan, structured in three tranches with varying maturities up to 2027, involving several major banks.
