TFI International Inc. has expanded its transportation and logistics offerings with the acquisition of Hercules Forwarding, enhancing its Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) services in the United States and across the Canadian border. With over $100 million in annual revenues, Hercules brings a strong non-union team and a network that includes 31 terminals, over 210 trucks, and nearly 600 trailers. The move is expected to offer significant cross-border synergies and bolster TFI’s presence in high-value freight markets.
