Ternium S.A. shareholders approved the 2023 financial statements and annual accounts, and agreed to a dividend payout of USD 0.33 per share on May 8, 2024. The board members were discharged from liability for the previous year’s management, re-elected for the new term, and their 2024 compensation was set. Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed as the independent auditor for 2024, with authorized fees in multiple currencies.
