TA Corporation Ltd. has been granted extensions by regulatory bodies for its annual general meeting and sustainability report deadlines, now due by July and August 2024, respectively. The company’s subsidiary, Quest Homes Pte. Ltd., has sold property units after a waiver from SGX RegCo, while another subsidiary, Credence Engineering Pte Ltd, faces legal issues that are not expected to materially impact the group’s finances. Meanwhile, the company’s securities remain voluntarily suspended since July 2023.
