Digital Realty (DLR) has shared an announcement.
Susan Swanezy, with over 30 years of experience in real estate and investment management, has been elected as an independent director to a Board, serving until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders. She has held significant roles at Hodes Weill & Associates, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank, and currently sits on the Board of AvalonBay Communities. In her new position, Swanezy received a pro rata equity award and will earn an annual cash retainer and additional compensation for committee service. She will also be eligible for future equity awards and can opt for a portion of her fees in vested profits interest units. An indemnification agreement with Ms. Swanezy is anticipated.
