Stericycle, Inc. has issued a Redemption Notice to the holders of its 5.375% Senior Notes due 2024, announcing the redemption of all outstanding Notes on March 14, 2024. Noteholders will receive the full principal amount plus accrued interest until the Redemption Date and must surrender their Notes to collect payment. The redemption will be funded through Stericycle’s revolving credit facility, and the terms are detailed in an indenture dated June 14, 2019.
