Stantec Inc. has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on May 9, 2024, where shareholders will discuss the company’s financial statements, elect directors, appoint auditors, and review executive compensation. Shareholders as of March 15, 2024, can vote online, by phone, or mail, with the company promoting environmentally friendly ‘notice-and-access’ for meeting materials. Stantec ensures easy access to its management information circular online and offers to mail paper copies upon request.
