Sprinklr, Inc. has appointed Scott Harvey as the new Chief Customer Officer, effective February 5, 2024, taking over from Paul Ohls who is stepping down but will stay on as an advisor until mid-March. Harvey, with a solid background in customer operations and leadership roles at Stripe and ServiceNow, brings a wealth of experience to his new position at the company, aiming to enhance customer engagement and drive product adoption.
