S&P Global Inc. announced the resignation of its Executive Vice President and CFO, Ewout Steenbergen, on December 7, 2023. Christopher Craig, currently the Company’s Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, will take over as interim CFO starting February 12, 2024, while maintaining his existing roles. Craig has been with the company since 2010, ascending through various financial positions. Upon assuming the interim CFO role, he will be granted a restricted stock award valued at $1 million, but his overall compensation will not change.
