Smurfit Kappa Group PLC has announced the publication of a shareholder circular regarding its proposed merger with WestRock Company, aiming to establish a new entity called Smurfit WestRock. The merger is contingent on shareholder and Irish High Court approvals, with meetings scheduled for June 13, 2024.
