An update from Smartsheet Inc (SMAR) is now available.
Brent Frei and Elena Gomez are set to leave the board of Smartsheet Inc., with Frei choosing not to seek re-election and Gomez resigning, both without disagreements over company operations. Meanwhile, Katie Rooney is appointed as a new board member, bringing her substantial financial expertise from senior roles at Alight, Inc. and Aon Hewitt. Rooney’s appointment coincides with a brief increase in board seats to 12, which will then reduce to 10 following the departure of Frei and Gomez.
