Matthew DiLiberto and SL Green Realty Corp. amended his employment agreement to change his annual bonus calculation method. Now, DiLiberto’s potential bonus can reach up to 250% of his base salary, with 60% based on pre-set goals by the Compensation Committee (Formulaic Component), and the remaining 40% being at the Committee’s discretion (Non-Formulaic Component). Other than this change, the original employment agreement terms remain unchanged.
