Skye Bioscience, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from seven to eight members and appointed Dr. Annalisa Jenkins to the new position. Dr. Jenkins, who brings her expertise to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee, will also receive a compensation package including cash retainers and a stock option grant. Meanwhile, Dr. Margaret Dalesandro announced her resignation from the board and all committees effective August 1, 2024, which is not due to any internal disagreement. The company publicly announced the board changes through a press release.
