SITE Centers (SITC) has shared an announcement.
SITE Centers Corp. has appointed Christina M. Yarian as their new Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. With her background as the company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2015 and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, Yarian brings significant experience to the role. To mark her promotion, she has been granted restricted share units worth $200,000 that will vest over four years, alongside an indemnification agreement with the company.
