Singtel has announced the successful establishment of a joint venture with Telekom Malaysia’s subsidiary, TM DC Educity, to develop a data centre campus in Johor, Malaysia. With all conditions precedent met, TM DC Educity has acquired a 51% stake in the venture, marking a significant expansion in the region’s digital infrastructure.
