Shell plc has announced the repurchase of shares for cancellation on April 24, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back program, with transactions made through various trading venues, including the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Euronext Amsterdam (XAMS). The buy-back program is being conducted under the company’s preset parameters and in accordance with both EU and UK market regulations. Citigroup Global Markets Limited is independently managing the trading decisions for this program, which is set to continue until April 26, 2024.
