Severfield PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders. Key decisions include the approval of the annual accounts and directors’ reports, directors’ remuneration, and the declaration of a final dividend of 2.3p per share. The meeting also saw the reappointment of several directors and the company’s auditor, KPMG LLP, for the coming year.
