SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. has rebranded itself as United Parks & Resorts Inc., complete with a new ticker symbol “PRKS” on the New York Stock Exchange. This move, effective February 13, 2024, comes without altering stockholder rights and involves updated Bylaws to streamline corporate governance, including specific guidelines for stockholders wishing to engage in proxy solicitation under Rule 14a-19. The changes aim to ensure clarity and compliance in shareholder nominations and proxy voting processes.
