Seadrill Limited has announced the approval of new incentive awards for management and other employees, with the issuance of 175,135 Time-vested Restricted Stock Units (TRSUs) and 221,658 Performance-vested Restricted Stock Units (PRSUs). These awards are set to vest over the coming years based on continued employment and the achievement of specific performance targets. Moreover, at Seadrill’s 2024 Annual General Meeting, shareholder approval was secured for the remuneration of directors, including the grant of 22,283 TRSUs which vest based on the timing of the next annual meeting.
