Seabridge Gold is set to launch an extensive drill program at its Iskut Project in British Columbia, with the aim of uncovering the copper-gold porphyry sources that underlie the previously discovered epithermal mineral systems. The $12 million exploration initiative will entail around 15,000 meters of core drilling using three helicopter-portable rigs. This ambitious effort follows promising results from the 2023 drill season, which expanded the mineral resource at Bronson Slope and unearthed new mineralization at Snip North, suggesting a significant porphyry copper-gold system may be present.
