SATS Ltd. has updated its US$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, allowing for the issuance of notes and perpetual securities by the company and its subsidiaries, with guarantees from SATS Ltd. The instruments will fund refinancing, potential acquisitions, investments, and other corporate needs, while Moody’s has assigned an A3 issuer rating to the company and a provisional (P)A3 rating to the updated program.
