Banco Santander SA (UK) (GB:BNC) has released an update.
Banco Santander S.A. has announced the successful acquisition of €1,312,400,000 of its Preferred Securities through a tender offer, which is 87.49% of the total outstanding amount. The repurchased securities will be cancelled and not reissued, leaving €187,600,000 of the Preferred Securities still outstanding post-settlement, which is expected to take place on May 20, 2024.
