S4 Capital (GB:SFOR) has released an update.
S4 Capital has announced the issuance of nearly 19 million shares as part of a deferred consideration payment following the merger of TheoremOne with Media.Monks, aiming to enhance Media.Monks’ Technology Services. This move is part of the company’s strategy to build a digital-only advertising and marketing services business and will be officially listed on the London Stock Exchange from 16 May 2024. S4 Capital, founded by Sir Martin Sorrell, is rapidly expanding, with a global workforce of 7,600 across 32 countries.
