Ryman Healthcare reported that all resolutions put to shareholders at its 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting were passed following poll-based voting, in line with NZX rules. The meeting, held in a hybrid format, covered four resolutions including auditor remuneration and the re-election of three directors, with voting reflecting broad but not unanimous support for the incumbent board.

Shareholders authorised the board to set PwC’s audit fees, with almost unanimous backing for the resolution. Directors Dean Hamilton, James Miller, and Hamish Rumbold were all re-elected with support in the low-80% range, underscoring continuity in governance for the retirement village operator, which had just over 1.0 billion shares on issue at the time of the meeting.
