Revival Gold Inc. has set the price for its C$7 million equity financing in connection with its acquisition of Ensign Minerals Inc. through a private placement of subscription receipts, which may be increased by an additional 15% if the over-allotment option is exercised. The funds raised will be used for a Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Mercur Project, permitting and exploration activities at Beartrack-Arnett, and for general corporate purposes.
