REV Group Inc (REVG) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
REV Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries Collins Industries, Inc. and Collins Bus Corporation sold all outstanding shares of Collins to Forest River, Inc. and Forest River Bus, LLC under a Stock Purchase Agreement that closed on January 26, 2024. The details of the agreement are fully outlined in Exhibit 99.1.
