REV Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries Collins Industries, Inc. and Collins Bus Corporation sold all outstanding shares of Collins to Forest River, Inc. and Forest River Bus, LLC under a Stock Purchase Agreement that closed on January 26, 2024. The details of the agreement are fully outlined in Exhibit 99.1.
