RELX PLC has announced a block listing of 50,000 Ordinary shares to support its Executive Share Option Scheme 2013, set to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List on September 3, 2024. These shares will be on par with the current issued shares of the company.
