RegTech Open Project plc has requested a temporary suspension of its listing on the London Stock Exchange to address funding delays and finalize its annual report. The company anticipates a resumption of listing following a $2.5 million funding receipt and the publication of its annual financial statements by October 31, 2024. Additionally, RTOP is negotiating with a prospective new CEO, expected to be appointed after the funding is secured.
