Quipt Home Medical Corp. reported successful voting outcomes from its annual shareholder meeting, with over 60% share representation and the election of four board members with a solid majority. Shareholders also greenlit the re-appointment of BDO USA, P.C. as the company’s auditor and approved a new Equity Incentive Plan, set to replace the previous plan from 2021, to grant various share-based awards to eligible company personnel.
