Quanta Services ( (PWR) ) has provided an update.
On August 3, 2026, Quanta Services priced a $2 billion underwritten public offering of senior notes, split into $500 million of 4.850% notes due 2029, $750 million of 5.300% notes due 2033 and $750 million of 5.550% notes due 2036. The notes were sold at slight discounts to face value, with closing expected on August 6, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Quanta plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, notably to repay borrowings under its commercial paper program and senior credit facility, which should lower near-term refinancing risk and extend its debt maturity profile. A broad syndicate of major banks acted as joint bookrunners, underscoring strong capital markets access and supporting the company’s financial flexibility as it pursues large-scale infrastructure projects across its core utility and energy markets.
The most recent analyst rating on (PWR) stock is a Buy
with a $976.00 price target.

Spark’s Take on PWR Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, PWR is a Outperform.
The score is driven primarily by strong financial performance (scaled revenue, improving margins, and sharply stronger operating/free cash flow) and a positive earnings update with raised guidance and record backlog. Offsetting these strengths are a demanding valuation (high P/E and minimal yield) and mixed near-term technical positioning (below the 50-day average despite strength versus longer-term averages).
