Matt Korenberg resigned immediately as the chairman of the audit committee and independent member of Qualigen Therapeutics’ Board on October 3, 2024, with no disagreements cited regarding company operations or policies. Shortly after, on October 8, Braeden Lichti, an experienced entrepreneur with ties to several investment and advisory companies, was appointed as an independent member of the Board. Additionally, Robert Lim was named the new chairperson of the Audit Committee.
