PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation has announced a board reshuffle with Mr. Colby Wood resigning from the Board and Audit Committee, effective after the April 18, 2024 meeting, with no disagreements cited. Concurrently, Mr. Larry Wood, a seasoned executive with over 35 years in the medical technology sector, has been appointed as his replacement. As an independent director, Larry will serve until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and will receive similar compensation to his peers, along with a standard indemnification agreement.
