On July 18, 2024, PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation will experience a board reshuffle as Dr. Thomas Krummel steps down, with no disclosed disagreements, and Mr. Thomas M. Prescott takes over as a new board member and chairperson. Prescott, who has an extensive background in executive roles, including as CEO of Align Technology, will serve until the 2025 annual meeting. Recognized as an independent director, he brings a wealth of experience from various prestigious companies and foundations to his new role at PROCEPT.
