PPG Industries, Inc. has welcomed Kathy L. Fortmann to its Board of Directors, with her term beginning on July 17, 2024, and running until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Fortmann will contribute her expertise to the Audit Committee and the Sustainability and Innovation Committee. Her compensation aligns with the other independent directors and there was no pre-arranged agreement influencing her election to the board.
