Pool Safe Inc., known for its LounGenie poolside attendant product, has announced the resignation of its auditors, Wasserman Ramsay, due to retirement. The company is actively seeking a new auditor and expects to have one appointed by September 30, 2024. There were no issues reported with the previous auditors’ financial assessments of the company.
