PointsBet Holdings Limited has successfully completed the sale of its US business, receiving the final payment of US$50 million, for a total sale price of US$225 million. The transaction included the transfer of their US sports wagering and iGaming operations to Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The company is now set to review its financial position and announce the details of a second capital return to shareholders by the end of April.
