Pitney Bowes Inc (PBI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 31, 2024, the Board appointed new directors effective from February 1, who will receive the same compensation as other non-management directors without any family ties or material interests in the company transactions. There are no arrangements for their appointments beyond the Cooperation Agreement. Concurrently, Mary J. Guilfoile announced her retirement and will not seek re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting, with no disagreements prompting her departure.
