Pharos Energy PLC has announced that their Chief Financial Officer, Sue Rivett, has made a significant investment in the company by purchasing 3,682 ordinary shares at a price of £0.264840 each. This transaction, part of a trading plan established in April 2022, increases her total holdings in the company to 380,621 shares, representing 0.091% of Pharos Energy’s issued capital. The company remains active in oil and gas exploration and production with interests in Egypt and Vietnam.
